Distance Selling Agreement
This agreement is concluded between the following parties in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulations.

- Buyer: The registered user associated with the order account.
1. Subject of Agreement
This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of digital services (SMM services, in-game digital codes/e-pins) ordered electronically by the Buyer on Sosyald.
2. Price and Payment
The service fee is charged from the Buyer's in-platform wallet balance at the time of order. Prices are displayed in Turkish Lira (TRY) including VAT. All payments are processed via 256-bit SSL secured, 3D Secure verified infrastructure.
3. Delivery
Digital services are processed electronically and immediately after order completion. No physical shipment is made. Estimated delivery times are shown on the product page and are not guaranteed.
4. Right of Withdrawal — Exception (Important Notice)
Pursuant to Distance Contracts Regulations: the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for "services performed instantly in the electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer."
SMM delivery services and single-use e-pin codes fall under this exception. Accordingly, once an order is processed or a code is generated, no cancellation, refund, or exchange will be accepted.
The Buyer explicitly acknowledges and accepts this condition during checkout.
5. Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts. You may contact us at info@sosyald.com.
