Distance Selling Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms of online sales between the Seller (Sosyald) and the Buyer (Customer) in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law and Distance Contracts Regulations.

1. Subject Matter

The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of digital services (SMM services, in-game virtual codes/e-pins) ordered electronically by the Buyer on the Seller's website.

2. Product/Service Delivery

The digital services or keys subject to the contract are delivered instantly and electronically to the email address or account dashboard specified by the Buyer. No physical shipment is made.

3. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal (Important Notice)

Pursuant to Distance Contracts Regulations; the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for "services performed instantly in the electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer." SMM delivery actions and single-use e-pins fall under this exception. Consequently, once a delivery starts or a key is generated, the order cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged. The Buyer agrees to these terms upon checkout.
