Terms of Service

By registering on Sosyald or purchasing any service, you agree to comply with the following terms. Please read them carefully before transacting.

1. Service Provisions and Scope

  • SMM Services: Delivery speeds may fluctuate due to API conditions or platform policy changes (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.). Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees.
  • E-Pins and Digital Codes: All delivered game keys and e-pins are single-use. Liability transfers to the buyer upon successful delivery.
  • Sosyald reserves the right to modify service offerings, pricing, and terms without prior notice.

2. User Responsibilities

  • You must ensure the target profile is set to "Public" before placing an order. Sosyald is not responsible for failed deliveries due to private or restricted accounts.
  • Sosyald cannot be held liable for account restrictions, suspensions, or statistical drops resulting from the use of our services.
  • Users agree not to misuse the platform or engage in fraudulent activity.
  • You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. Sosyald is not liable for losses due to password sharing.

3. Payments, Wallet Balances, and Invoicing

  • Deposited wallet balances are non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash. They may only be used for services on this platform.
  • In case of fraudulent chargebacks or unauthorized payment disputes, the user account will be suspended pending legal investigation.
  • Payment records are retained for 10 years as required by Turkish Commercial Code.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, design, and software on the Sosyald website are owned by Sosyald and protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use, copying, or redistribution is prohibited.

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Turkish law. Any disputes shall be resolved through the Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees or competent Turkish courts.
