1. Credit / Debit Cards

We accept all major local and international cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and Troy.

  • All card payments are processed through BDDK-licensed gateways (Stripe, PayTR).
  • 3D Secure (SMS verification) is mandatory for all card payments.
  • All transactions occur on a 256-bit SSL encrypted payment page.
  • Your card details are never stored on Sosyald servers.

2. Wire Transfer / EFT / FAST

Users who prefer offline payments can deposit funds via bank wire transfer, EFT, or FAST.

  • You must include your username or payment reference code in the transfer description.
  • Wire transfers require manual review; approval typically takes 1 business day.
  • Sosyald is not responsible for delays caused by missing or incorrect transfer descriptions.
