1. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Successfully completed SMM orders (followers, likes, views) cannot be reversed and are non-refundable.
- E-Pins, game keys, and licensing codes cannot be refunded once generated and delivered to the user account.
- Refunds will not be issued for orders that fail or are delivered to wrong targets due to incorrect links or private profile settings provided by the customer.
2. Eligible Scenarios (Refund & Refill)
- If an order cannot be processed or initiated due to system or API errors, the transaction amount is automatically refunded back to the user's wallet balance.
- For services marked as "Guaranteed/Refill," if drops occur within the designated warranty period, users can open a support ticket to receive a free refill.
